Hi all What does it mean when all the LEDs continue to flash on and off for about 60 seconds and then go off. I have removed all the modules and applied power the Power and CPU leds flash for about 60 seconds and then go out. PLC = DL405

This typically indicates that the PLC power is incorrect or that the PLC power supply itself is damaged.

Check the incoming power with a multimeter. Also check to be sure that the power selection jumper is in the correct position. If this checks out, remove the PLC CPU/Power Supply from the base and power it by itself. If the condition persists, replace the PLC CPU/Power Supply.
