D4-450 programming issue

I have an issue with programming a D4-450. I'm using quite a few "ORPD " / "or positive transition ". I'm using a few "STND " / "store negitive transition ". About half way down my plc program the "ORPD " code stops working. The "STND " always work. I have tested this by set a "SET " coil. I can see the "ORPD " change but the coil does not set on. My question is, is there a limit to the "ORPD " that can be used.
