DL-05 & MDS Radio

I'm trying to connect a DL-05 to MDS 9810 Radio for modbus comms, so I made up a cable, plugged everything up & ......... Nothing. The Master Radio polls the Dl-05 (modbus slave) & the PLC receive light lights up but does not pass any info. Does anyone know the cable pinouts for this???

I figured it out.
The manual (Chapter 4) that you showed me is what I used to make the cable, but it didn't work.
So, I used this manual & it did work.

The difference between the two was in Chapter 4 it said that pin 6 was ground, but in the manual "Appendix K " it said that pin 6 was CTS or clear to send, which I needed.
Could mean the same thing. I really wouldn't know, it's not my strong point. I had to have it spelled out.

You are right - they need to correct that. Since I didn't see a CTS it looked like no jumper was needed, but it obviously is needed.
