D4-450 Power Budgeting

Using the D4-450 CPU and expansion bases, does the additional local expansion bases draw their power from the CPU or from the Expansion unit? Example: A D4-450 CPU in a D4-08B-1 base and 3 D4-EX expansion units in D4-08B-1 bases would the 80ma power requirement be calculated for each expansion base or would the total come from the D4-450 CPU? The power budget is so you don't overload the power supply in a given rack (base). If you add expansion bases, each of those has its own power supply (in the D4-EX module). This means that you get 3100 mA in the CPU base (from the D4-450), and an additional 4000 mA in each expansion base (from the D4-EX's)
