I bought a dl-250-1 on Ebay but it is password protected. How do I reset the CPU to allow me to program it?

    You'll have to send it to AutomationDirect. Contact their technical support. There is no other way.

    There is no other way.

    I had assumed there was no way to get the password from the seller. Is there such a possibility?
