I was looking into using 06's for construction elevator controls and found that Dupline makes just about what I want. I even managed to scrounge up a master module and an I/O card. The question is how to set up communications with a 06. Modbus (if that is what it is called) is all new to me. How will I see the input from the Dupline? Is there a tutorial that will help me set up communications? I know the Dupline is using RS485, the connector on the Dupline is not the same as the connector on the 06. Wondering what I need to adapt the two. Thanks

As a side note there are complaints about availability of parts (dupline). Also the documentation appears to be sparse.
At the Carlo Gavazzi site they have a 3 wire system designed for elevators.
