    Go online with the PLC

    Go to "PLC " Menu

    Select "Setup "

    Select "Memory Type "

It defaults to the F-ROM so you have to copy the Flash Rom to the Memory Cartridge

and select the switch to the Memory Cartridge

Or if it is a 440 then when you write the program to the PLC it is going to the installed memory card already.
