I have a F0-04AD-1 running on slot 2 of a dl06.I am using only 2 input set both 4-20 ma but running from 2 different power supply which both commom are connected.My first channel is working fine but channel 2 is reading 0 and I do have a ma signal on the sensor. Both special relays sp250 and 251 are reading 0 ? Any ideas ?

What value do you have in SP240 and SP241?
Measure the voltage across Ch1 and Ch2 when mA connected. List your program setup for the module. Verify that the other pointer locations are equal to zero.

SP240 and 241 = 1.
I have 300 mv on Ch1, 500mv on Ch2.
Base = 0
Slot# = 2
#Ch = 2
BCD
V3000
All the other pointer location are 0.

Ohms law tells us that .3V /125 ohms you have .0024A data view register = 0 counts,
also .5V/125 = .004A data view register = 0 counts
