Is there any way to change the ladder default print size to other than what the pull-down menu offers. I need 50% and the pull-down offers 43% and 66%.

Change the font size in your DS500.INI file to 1 point higher or 1 point lower. Look for the Fonts group and tweak the font size:
Workspace Font=Arial:9
Change it to 10 or 8 and then see if you get a good size on paper with the different zoom levels, like:
Workspace Font=Arial:10
The Zoom levels are actually calculated from this font size. The INI file point size is "the middle ", then every other zoom level is adjusted, percentage-wise, based off this value.
You are looking for 50% of a 9 point font, 4.5 (although we round). You could try the 10 point font at 43%, or a 7 point font at 66%???
Note that this changes both the display zoom levels AND the print zoom levels. You cannot just change one or the other. http://forum1.automationdirect.com/board/frown.gif
