Hello! I got an error message on my DV-1000 display today; "E202 Missing I/O Module " The DV-1000 are connected to the 2. port on a DL-250 cpu So I connected my pc to the plc and opened up the program. All the Preset values in the DV-1000 setup were gone. I have to put all of the values back again from my copy, and then it was ok. Why did this suddenly happend? Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future?

jussi, If I understand you correctly, the values that were stored in the V-memory locations, corresponding to your DV-1000 presets, went to zero? Check the retentive range to make sure it includes your V-memory locations. Check your battery in the CPU to make sure it is OK. Make sure the battery is enabled and check the "BATT " LED on the CPU. Check that there are no instructions that over-write your V-memory locations. Do any of these suggestions help?
