F4-04AD diagnostic LEDs

What do the four diagnostic LEDs on an F4-04AD stand for: TB, 24V, RUN, NEG. When are they lit steady, when do they flicker? Despite the AD documentation and web resources usually being delightfully exhaustive, I found nothing on this.

The TB indicator turns on when the module senses a loose terminal block. The 24V
indicator turns on when the external 24V supply voltage is low or not connected.
The RUN LED flashes on and off only if the jumper configuration is valid, and the
module's internal diagnostics have passed. If the jumper configuration is incorrect
the RUN LED remains off. During normal operation, the RUN indicator flashes on
and off continuously at approximately a one second rate. The NEG light turns on if
the voltage or current input to the selected channel is negative.

Me too. I have started downloading the manual and using Adobe's PDF viewer's search function. For this particular doc, there were 4 hits for "TB ". Three were in pictures and the other was the definition. I never try to find things on my own anymore.
