I am trying to use the AIN instruction with port 2 on a DO-DCM. what do you set the port # to?

That support is not yet available - it will be added to the first maintenance release of DirectSOFT Rel 5.1 coming out soon. It is in Beta and we are testing the various ASCII instructions in the 06 that have the ability to work with the D0-DCM.
The new layout of the AIN instruction has two extra parameters - one where you choose the local CPU port (the current implementation) versus a DCM. If you choose DCM, the second parameter becomes enabled where you choose the slot.
The D0-DCM will work with the MRX/MWX, along with the PRINT and PRINTV, and ACRB in the 06. The 05 will support the D0-DCM in its implementation of the PRINT instruction.

I am trying to use the PRINTV function out port 2 with the D0-DCM. Is this functionality currently supported with 5.0(using a DL06)? If so what port number should I use if the D0-DCM is installed into slot 1?

No, that support is in Rel 5.1, which is not yet available.
