I need communicate a DL-06 PLC with a Exor HMI.

OK - what are you asking?
EXOR has drivers and cables for doing this in either K-Sequence or DirecNet. We 've done both many times. Just set up the parameters in both the PLC port (using DirectSoft) and the EXOR (using Designer software) and you should be off and running.
