DL330 software version

I have a customer with an older DL330 CPU in his machine. I use DSLaunh V5.2.10. for my applications with DL06, DL350, and DL450. It doesn't communicate with the older DL330, though. What version software do I need for the DL330, and is it still available? Thanks.

How are you connected to the D3-330?
The software should be able to communicate, I think it's the connection.

Any revision of Dsoft ought to be able to talk to a 330 unless it was a limited processor version like the brick-only version they sold for a while.
For a 330 you need a DCU unit plugged onto the 330 and the correct cable. IIRC if you don't get the DIAG light it isn't going to work.
