When viewing data through debug all my setpoints and analogs are bouncing from 0 to actual value. This is making for very interesting trending in my host system. One scan reads 6.00 and the very next scan might read 0.00. Any ideas how to fix this problem?? Thank you

If you view the data from within DirectSoft is it steady?
If so, then you might have too much network traffic. Take a look at the ECOM100 through the Netedit utility and see how many lost packets you have.
