DirectSoft 4 (build 25) printing problems.

Ok I'm running WinXP. The problem is my PC freezes after clicking "ok " on the printer dialog box in DS4. I 've tried all printers. This problem occurs in "print preview " & "print ". However, there are no problems previewing or printing from any other applications, Just DS4. Either I can be patient and wait for the Task Manager to close out DS4, or simply reboot. Any Ideas??? Try deleting prntserv.rst in C:\Directsoft 4\Program\Bin\.
If that doesn't do it, you might try deleting program.opt in the same directory. (Note: Deleting this file will remove ALL user settings such as colors, Dataview setup, etc.)

I deleted prntserv.rst as you suggested; that seems to have done it!
