DL250 MODBUS Master & Slave

I wan to know if I can used port 1 of the DL250 CPU as Modbus Master and Port 2 as MODBUS slave at the same time. If I move the CPU switch to Term. will I be able to progream the PLC and moving it to RUN the ports will work with MODBUS.

Port 1 on the 250 is a fixed protocol (DirectNET/K Sequence) so you 're out of luck there. Port 2 can be either a Modbus master or slave. There is another card you can get to add a Modbus slave port (D2-DCM).
