Is it me or are the dimensions for the PS24-050D in the literature and on the CAD templates incorrect? I used the .dwg to lay out my panel and was surprised to find the power supply didn't fit in the space I allotted. The literature shows the width to be 2.36 ", and I measure around 2.95 ".

I haven't looked at the CAD drawing, but my literature says a PS24-050D is 4.51in high and 2.95 in wide (same as your measurement).
It's 2.5in above the DIN rail.

I think they may have updated the .pdf spec sheet on the website to the correct dimensions, but my Volume 8 AD catalog says 2.36 ". I checked the template for updates and it also still measures 2.36 ".

I checked the CAD drawing and it is 4.51 x 2.36 as you say.
Stretch it to 125% in the X direction and it will be OK.
(Of course, this is wisdom with hindsight).
