I was curious if I could use the same cable to program a DL-250-1 AND the C-more micro operator interface. I have separate cables right now, but was wondering if I could combine the two by chance.

Unfortunately no. The C-more Micro cable incorporates a +5v Pin to provide power to the panel. The D2-250-1 has no provision for this connection.
