Hello, I have 3 zone tube furnace and we installed three RS9696 temp controllers. I am having problems seeing the three controllers individually. I trued placing each RS485 to USB connection to 3 separate USB ports but when I click connect it only sees one controller. In the device manager I can see three devices on the USB ports each with its own Com(#); but the program will not recognize them individually. If i change even one of the connect numbers at the top of the screen it ceases to communicate with any and when it does all three show the same readings from one controller. Do I need to use 3 separate computers? Are the port settings tandem to all additional RS485 inputs?

If you use three usb ports you'll have to open three separate windows of the program, each to a port.
