If you have a GXMU-1200 with a black cable jacket:
If your operating system is Windows 7 or newer: The driver will be downloaded from Windows Update. To install the driver, plug the cable into a USB port. The drivers will be automatically download from windows update and installed. If your operating system is Windows Vista or older: Download the driver below. To install the driver, extract all files from the compressed folder and run the driver installer. After that completes, plug the GXMU-1200 into a USB Port.
If you have a GXMU-1200 with a gold cable jacket:
If your operating system is Windows 8 or newer: This cable will not work with your operating sytem. You must purchase a new cable with the black cable jacket. If your operating system is Windows 7 or older: Download the driver below. To install the driver, extract all files from the compressed folder and run the driver installer. After that completes, plug the GXMU-1200 into a USB Port.
