Has anyone used Dataworx and KepDirect. Both are used to pass information, I know. I have a project which I'm collecting data from tags ( pressure, rpm )etc. using Dataworx to Microsoft SQL. Should I be using it with DataNet Enterprise? Would this make it easier to use. Or would KepDirect work better and easier than DataWorx? Just looking for opinions. Thanks for any input.

I use dataworx, the version I have is a couple years old now so there mite be some changes, but if I remember correct we ended up buying it rite from
BizWare Direct because there was a pro version that was able to read/write directly to a sequel server database. That might not be the case any more.
I have not had a chance to use it with the do-more platform yet (hope it is compatible) the last I put together was still on ds5.
Anyway software works good.

p2000/P3000 Controllers
I was about to buy this software for the new P2000 controller when I decided that I had better try out the demo. Guess what, for as long as the P3000 has been out, it does not appear to work with it. I have trying for the last 2 days to get it to work and the server software cannot even detect the PLC even though I turned off completely the firewall software on the computer.
This is what I need for a project where we are trying to replace an existing PLC system that writes directly to the SQL database system but so far no luck getting it to communicate with the P3000/2000 controllers:mad::confused::eek::(

I have a copy working with the H2-ECOM100 ant the DL260 CPU. I just bought the pro version for a P3K but have not installed yet. I will post as soon as I do in the next day or so
