first, how are you connecting now, that's different from last time? What is your set-up?

First I changed the base from DL 250 to DL 250-1, because I need to add more modules. this is difference.

edit the link setting to match the processor type.
from the DS software, PLC/CONNECT should bring up the link selector where you can edit the settings...

since you said you could see it in NetEdit, a simple way to test this is to create a new link in DS.
from the DS software, PLC/CONNECT, then select ADD. Select ETHERNET, UDP/IP, then check the IP ADDRESS checkbox, enter the IP address of the ECOM module. Then verify the processor type.
If after trying this without success, verify that your cables are good, and that you 're using the correct cables (crossover or patch) & check grounding.

I create another link but still not working, cable is crossover cable and ok.

since you 're connecting with a crossover, you are plugged from the PC NIC to the ECOM module... if this is not correct, there is your issue.
If this is correct, and you see the device via NetEdit, on the PC...
go to START/CONTROL PANEL/NETWORK SHARING CENTER & select the link 'CHANGE ADAPTER SETTINGS '. Right click on your NIC that you 're trying to connect with and select PROPERTIES. Next, select INTERNET PROTOCOL VERSION 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click PROPERTIES. Select the tick box for USE THE FOLLOWING IP ADDRESS and type in the IP address plus one of the module you 're trying to connect to. (Ex. If the IP of the module is 192.168.10.200, set the IP of the PC to 192.168.10.201) and hit the TAB key to auto-fill the subnet info. Select OK, then OK again & close NETWOR & SHARING.
Now, using NetEdit again, verify you still see the CPU & test access.
