I'm having a PLC-026 PLC Connection Timeout error with a AB Control Logix 5555 Processor. I'm using the Allen-Bradley EtherNet/IP Client Tag-Based (Control/CompactLogix) PLC protocol, and I'm positive the IP is correct at least, as I can connect easily with RS Logix. Here are the other Protocol Settings: Port: 44818 CPU Slot #: 0 Retries: 3 Connection Timeout: 10 Inactivity Timeout: 32 Response Timerout: 1000 Poll Time: 0 The tags were all imported using the method here: LINK So I believe that all the tags are correct. I 've searched this forum for a few days with different search parameters, but to no avail. Any tips on communitcating with the Control Logix Processor? I 've tried the 'Clock trick ', but I couldn't get that to work either.

I assume that you are using a Cmore HMI panel?
If so, try pressing the upper left corner of the panel to get into the system information screen. Press the "Information " button and then the "error " tab. The errors should give you more information on what is actually wrong.
FI you are still having trouble, give AutomationDirect tech support a call. It is free and they should be able to get you going pretty quickly.
