problem with T1K-DEVNETS

I had to replace a A-B 1762SDN card on a network with this adapter. The scanner card keeps coming up with the error message that the data sizes dont match. I can't change the values in the DEVNETS card from default. The message still appears when I match the 1762SDN values to them. I'm using RSNetWorx software. Both modules are showing up on the network and communicating.

Did you get the latest EDS file from the AutomationDirect.com website?
If you have tried that, give technical support a call. They should be able to help you sort it out.
