Is this usable with the MRX and MWX instructions or only the write to and read from network instructions? I am communicating with four GS3 drives and it would be nice not to have to worry about interlocks. If not can I use the standard read write to network commands to control GS3's? Thanks!

NETCFG IBox is used with the NETRX and NETWX IBoxes. The MRX and MWX are built-in instructions and do not need/use the NETCFG IBox.
