ERM Problems

Hi, I'm using Ethernet remote master (H4-ERM) with a D4-450 PLC. The ERM unit is connected to two terminators T1H-EBC units through a switch. The problem is that sometimes these communications between the PLC and the terminators seem to get stuck. When this happens the values from inputs on the terminators stay the same even if I unplugge the cabel from the ERM unit. I have tried to narrow down the problem but without much sucess. It seem that when I'm using most parts of my program this is more likely to happen. I'm using port 3 on the PLC for Modbus communication with frequency convertors. Any tips or comments appreciate.

How are you powering the Terminator units and the switch between the ERM and the EBC modules?

Well the Terminator units are distributed in the building so they are in separated cabinets where I have an additional power supply for the 24V DC along with the Terminator power supply. So the ERM unit and each terminator are powered from a different power source. In one cabinet I have the switch on the same power supply as the Terminator unit, but this is a setup I'm using in other locations of the building with other PLC of same type without any problems. I have switched the ERM unit as well as the CPU for a new one without any luck.

What is the model # of the Terminator power supply?

What else is attached to the same power that you are using for the Terminator Power?
