Please Help with GS3 Modbus

I have 3 GS3's on a modbus network that have been in production for 6 months. Tonight I was informed they were having VFD comm fail errors at the HMI. I logged into the PLC and found the PLC is only logging errors from one VFD. The problem is my customer does not have a spare and I'm 1200 miles away and it's the weekend. Any body have any ideas?
