How I open a program using a estension ESD or ESX. Is possible because all PROGRAM files have a estension PRJ, but in my computer I lost this file

rromanelli, The .ESD and .ESX files are (2) of the (21) files that are created when you save a DirectSOFT project. (Actual number of files created depends on your project.) The file names are the same with all the various extensions. The .ESD file is the Element Documentation file. The .ESX file is the Index file for the Element Documentation. These files do not mean anything to any other program, except for DirectSOFT. However, you can export the Element Documentation from within DirectSOFT, and then you can open the exported file using Excel, for example. The export utility allows you to export the Element Documentation as a .CSV or as a .TXT file. Hope this helps.

rromanelli, if you lost the .PRJ file, then you cannot open the .ESD or .ESX files. But even if you could, like KPrice indicated, these files are just documentation files and do not contain any part of the project (program). Sorry.
Hopefully you have a backup. Backups are stored in the DirectSOFT folder under the Projects\Backup\AutoSave folder. Check there.

rromanelli, after looking at your post again, I may have misunderstood your question. Are you saying that you can not find, on your computer hard drive, your DirectSOFT PLC project file with the .PRJ extension? This would be bad. This file contains your ladder program. If you lost the .PRJ file, but still have the .ESD and .ESX files, you can retrieve the documentation. Make a new test project with DirectSOFT (with no documentation), delete the newly created .ESD and .ESX files, copy the original .ESD and .ESX files and change the file names to the same name as the test project. Open the test project using DirectSOFT, and you should have your documentation. However, without your .PRJ file, you still do not have your original project. I hope this is not the case.
