Most of the times, the radio is responsible for those errors since the radio packet-process is quite different. MaxStream is frequency hopping, sometimes, the packets are delayed based upon the propietary radio error handling. Some radios, have their own sequence when they exchange info and it for some reason it fails, it starts another retry...so, you might have retries on the radios based upon the environment noise and retries from the PLC... Another recommendation: keep the radio boxed away from the PLC...this radios radiate and cause disturbance on RS-232 ports...also in PCs...
