Can i use a bluesmirf usb radiomodem to replace the physical cable from RS232 port?

Yeah, I think so...as long it behaves like a wireless RS-232 at the end. One good test would be using Terminal from Windows on two PCs before going with the PLC...you need two pcs with serial ports and both having terminal running at same baud rate and similar settings...
