communication problem

I have a used eztouch screen 6 " ez-scs-f and I tried to read from the panel on to my computer to reprogram with the eztouch,I get an error (incorrect communication packet check cable and communication port). I check the cable and the com port, the com port is com 1 I am using the eztouch version 31.A the revision firmware from the panel is firmware d.4 boot C.1 hardware A. thank for your help

Hi, try to change the cable wiring.If you have connected pinNo2 to pin No2& pin No 3 to Pin No3.Just try swapping one end of the wire so the connection becomes Pin No2 to Pin No3 & Pin No 3 to Pin No2.
