I have been trying to communicate to a WinPLC using Windows XP Pro and not having any luck. I have checked and re-checked my TCP/IP settings and installed the IPX/SPX protocol. I have a laptop running 2000 and it communicates immediately. I have gone through all the steps doing "reset using IPX ". Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you check if firewall is on. If yes put it off. Other solution is to grant the TCP/IP access.
