I will be programming the 06 for use over the internet. I would like to get some information to be able to monitor and control temperature setpoints over the internet. The idea would be that one would be able to go to a web site from any computer and monitor and control the temperature. Anyone have experience in this area and have recommendations as to what software I might want to use? thanks Ryan

I have been in that same situation except I had 4 205 PLCs to display data online as well as some data logging. With that I recommend using datanet OPC and kepware. You'd use kepware to do the PLC comms, e.g. you set up V Mems to read. Then you use datnet OPC to display data from kepware on a web page.
you can get datanet OPC at www.bizwaredirect.com and kepware at www.kepware.com. As for hte cost it was about 1,200 for both of the packages. But I can heartily tell you it was worth every penny. I was able to get everything set up in a day and most of that time was just seting up th kepware server and doublechecking the v memory addresses.
