Is it possible to set the range for the speed pot? I am not talking about the analog signal using the formula in the book. I want to limit how low and how high the speed pot controls. I need to limit the lower to 4 hz and the upper to 20 hz. When someone turns down the pot, I do not want the drive go to 0 HZ. Is this possible?

P2.06 for minimum and P0.04 for maximum.

You could also put a resistor in series with the CCW lead of the pot. If it's 10% of the pot value, then your adjustment range will become 9-100%. To limit the max, add a resistor to CW. (If the limiting resistors become too large in value, you'll need to reduce the pot size so the total of pot + resistors ohms is near the original specified pot value).
