Question, If I reduce the speed with a AC Drive , instead of 60 Hz to be 30 Hz I am going to save energy? Dpeneds of the drive?

    It depends more on the laws of physics than on the drive.

    I assume that by "save energy " you mean save electric bill $. You will still pay the utility company per kW hour. If reducing the speed also reduces the current flowing to the motor then you will reduce the energy used. The current will probably not change in direct proportion to the speed so you just have to try it. On a small motor, the savings would be minimal...the larger the motor, the larger the savings. I have one particular application where the current only varies from 3.7 amps at 30 hertz to 4.0 amps at 100 hertz. Every process is different. What is the motor driving?

    Also consider matching the motor as close to the load as possible. Oversizing can waste a lot of energy.
