Looking for input on the simplest/cleanest way to take the analog output from a SJ100 drive to a DL205 system. Looks like either analog in with the PWM output from the drive or counter in from the pulse output from the drive. Any pros/cons either way?

You would need to use the FA-4PWM to get the analog signal to the plc. You could always build a filter circuit. The description is on page 4.29 of the sj100 manual.
The raw PWM output will not work directly into the plc effectively. My suggestion is to stick with the filtered analog.
