SJ300 not going to run

After programming the drive It does not go out of the program mode. The drive will operate. When the power is removed from the drive and reapplied the display reads A---. The prg led is on also. What is the problem here?

A couple of subtle differences between the 100 and the 300 series are on the display.
1.) The program led will not go out when the F & D parameter groups are entered like the 100's.
2.) The d001 must be stored or when power is cycled the dispay will go back to the last stored change in the entire parameter group. I.E. d001 function> store> function.
