Lookout, Power Up Status

I have a Lookout app that I used to control some pumps, heaters, etc. When I restart the system after a power outage, the outputs that were on when power went off come back on automatically (I assume that Lookout is reading its state file and setting the I/O accordingly). For safety reasons, I don't want this to happen. I want to manually restart these components (the pumps and such). I haven't been able to work around this and would appreciate any ideas.

You could create a batch file that deletes the state file when the computer boots up.
