Client loves the new solution I 've provided for automated water pump/dump control. Right now, it's all running on schedule, taking wind and temperature into account. Client would like to have control from his phone for override of few functions. Does anyone know of an app that would EASILY integrate with CLICK?

Let me clarify my previous request.

I'm asking for control from smartphone (Android &/or iPhone), not POTS telephone.

It would require an on-site server. Either a web capable HMI or custom code in a Raspberry Pi etc.

The HMI is simple but not cheap. The PI is relatively cheap, but not simple...

I do have an Ethernet CLICK but no touchscreens of any sorts.

I'm talking to client about getting us Internet access so that I can make changes remotely.

Does anyone have any ideas on what it would cost to develop/configure/program mobile app to adjust run schedule or even something simpler, like activate few outputs?

I can obviously make necessary changes to allow external device to say toggle memory C1, C2 and C3.

I don't need any animations or anything like that.

I want to KISS this as much as possible.

First, if this is going to be remotely accessible you will need a VPN. Yes, its more complicated, yes it costs money. Just get over it, placing on e of these on the internet without even this basic protection is a very bad idea.

the mySCADA program is pretty affordable for a a small application, in fact 5 tags are free! Their online tutorials would be enough to get you going pretty quickly.

Other than that, it goes up significantly in price (Ethernet C-More, Point of View, etc.). Unless you wan to roll your own application in .Net, PHP (web server needed...) or the like.

Hi, I have bought the myscada (50 tags) app as isaacn and Mike@Forshock mentioned. I made a project in their designer tool and it really works and it looks well. I have made a little research on websites and they even won some award with this app... https://www.myscada.org/mymobile/ Good luck.
