looking for help with C0-04RTD and Pt100

I connect 3 Pt100s to C0-04RTD, when VFD drive is running, all 3 channels can't get right temperature (very low values). But If only one Pt100 is connected, temp value is good. How can I solve this? Thank you so much. Alan

Noise from VFD or there's a grounding issue.

I ground the VFD, Click PLC and Pt100 shield cables. The temp value reading is much better, but still around 20 degree lower than the actual temperature. Could I do anything else to improve the reading temp?

I would use a shielded cable for the output power run from the drive to the motor. Something like McMaster-Carr part number 9700T46. When using a regular cable without shield, there may still be enough noise to effect your RTD's.
OR you could try changing the carrier frequency the drive produces. on GS drives that's parameter 2.08. lowing that value may increase RTD accuracy. Just know that lowering the carrier frequency will make the motor have a discernible high pitched whine. If this application is near operators, that noise may be a nuisance.

Today I update the firmware of CLICK PLC to 2.10, the problem is solved! Connected 4 Pt100s to C0-04RTD, all of them can get right values.
