I'm new to this. Could someone help me get started with a simple on/off temp controller. I have a CO-11DRE-D with a RTD. I need to hold a temp +-5 degrees.

As Scott has asked what are you trying to heat? What kind of tolerance is acceptable in temperature fluctuation?
You could program a PID loop, as there is an example of it in this forum, but the relays of your Click have a limited mechanical life, and will eventually fail from the continued on/off states.
