I am short on talent and am in need of technical assistance. I am pretty new to automation control and I would like to know if it is possible to log data using a Click PLC. I have set up the Click C0-02-DR-D analog inputs to receive signals from my 4-20ma sensors that detect current, voltage, and active power. I have set up the Click to copy each of the three readings to corresponding floating point registers each time a unit is tested. Trying to figure out how to shift the data or sequence the floating point register for the next unit under test is giving me skull cramps. If possible I would like to periodically export the results to excel with date and time stamp? I will most likely use Point of View 7.1 as the operator interface to this test station. If there is an easier way to do this using POV 7.1 I would be all for going that route. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
