Click PLC 0-5 Volt input

I plan to use a click PLC in a project where i need to monitor a potentiometer. The available power is 24Volt DC. The Click analog input is 0-5 volt. I would like to find an elegant way to accomplish this without using a signal conditioner. Any suggestions?
