Counter reset method

We discussed this somewhat in another thread but I'd like someone to look at it and tell me what you think. This is a 2-rung program for a Click; rung 1 is a counter counting inputs on X001. Rung 2 is supposed to work so that if the stop button on the Micro touch - identified as contact C3 - is held for more than 10 seconds it will reset the counter. I used a drum timer and I am using contact C3 to reset the drum, so the time won't be cumulative (I do NOT want the counters to reset if the stop button is pushed 20 times for 1/2 second, or a similar scenario). If this looks good I'd really like to post my Click and C more micro touch programs for critical review. They work fine but I'm sure they can be improved.
