PAC fails to accept double click on instructions.

Why is it that since v1.4.1.1 I can DOUBLE-CLICK ......AD NAUSEAM....... on something in PAC suite and NOTHING. BUT the RIGHT-CLICK Properties works everytime? I am currently working with 1.10.2.1 -- still. Come one devs. get some of these things fixed before adding more bells and whistles. I bet printing is still buggered. I upped this project (PoC) to 2.4.4.1. Can't yet tell if it is any better.
