I would like to have a productivity 3000 PLC talk to a control logix PLC using class 1 messaging and have the Productivity PLC be the Scanner. The manual is very good for the productivity PLC and is very easy to set up as an adapter or a scanner but I am not exactly sure how to set up the Allen Bradley side as the adapter. In topic P259 it show how to set up the Allen Bradley with a generic Ethernet module but the way it is set up the Allen Bradley will be the scanner. Is there some EDS i need to add for RS Logix or am i just missing something. the reason i ask is i see i have a limit of 4 data blocks and i don't know how many control logix PLC i will eventually have to communicate with
