I am seeing stuff like this: . . Scan_Count_Current 1 Scan_Count_Current 96 Scan_Dwell_Timer_Current 450 . 97 1036831949 97 103681949 502 808517632 .---------------------]= = = There is also this: . . HMI_Current_Front 3 . 2 2 .---------------------]= 2 3 .---------------------]= . HMI_Current_Front 3 . 2 1094996512 .---------------------]= . THE CONSTANT VALUES (3) ARE NOT EVEN REFERENCING THE SAME INCORRECT VALUE P3-550 SW 2.0.2.1 FW 1.1.15.101 SW restart does not fix. RunStop does not fix. CPU power cycle does not fix. Replaced CPU. Seems resolved. Updated FW from 1.1.13.17 to 1.1.15.101 still seems to be resolved -- as in CONST 3 equals 3 - in all observed instances....

Please upgrade your software to 2.4.4.1 & firmware to 1.1.15.104. If you can reproduce please send in system report to our technical support team.

If we experience this again, I will request the SW/FW upgrade.

This is not my project and cannot enforce these recommendations at this time.

    Thank you for your input!
