AFI/ Always False Instruction equivalent in P3000

Just wondering if there is an always false bit in the system tags or elsewhere that can be used with an NO instruction to create the same thing as an AFI? If not I'll just create a tag called AFI and set some logic to make sure its always driven false. Just wondering :)
