Allen Bradley Ethernet Comms setup issue

Hello All have a project with a Cmore EA9 using ethernet to communicate with 2 Allen Bradley Control logix processors, going through a Statix 5700 switch, I dont see my touchscreen on RS Linx and not sure if I should? any insight as to setup for this ?

You will not see the C-more panel. See the C-more Help, Allen Bradley EtherNet/IP Client Tag-based Setup and Allen-Bradley Control/CompactLogix Tags.
Make a thorough read of both. It is actual very simple once you know what to do. I suggest importing the tag names from the L5X file RSLogix can generate. It's too easy to make mistakes entering them manually.

You will not see the Cmore , or any other AD products on RSLinx. RSlinx plays well with AB stuff but not the Cmore. But the Cmore will work fine if it is setup correctly. We have hundreds working on AB SLC's, MLX , Compactlogix and CLX. Is the ethernet switch managed or unmanaged and are the PLC and the Cmore on the same subnet? If unmanaged and on the same subnet should work, if it is a managed switch you may need to pass the port or setup a NAT if not on the same subnet.
